Can't find World Showcase scavenger hunt type scrapbook. {help please}

With search being down and my old faithful laptop off to have the GPU repaired I don't have a copy of a design I wanted to print. Can't find it on here. I have been through many many threads. Please help!

We wanted to do the picture taking scrapbook activity someone had posted on here. It told you what to do for each country and to take a picture of you doing it. (a picture with a cm etc.) I think it gave you room for a signature and a place to put a picture.

If anyone can direct me to this thread I would be a happy woman!
