can't find our flights for price quote should I just call the airlines

Hi everyone,

We booked flighs on USAir for August for $184, $215 with taxes, how can I find out if the price has gone down? when I look online it just says flights sold out and does not give price. should i just call airlines.

Our flight had disappeared from the Delta website but was still popping up on Expedia. I called Delta to "check on the fare for my flight." The Delta rep knew immediately what I was doing and offered to check the fare to see if it had in fact gone down.When she saw that it had, she offered to connect me to an agent who could issue a voucher{our second one in the last couplke of days}. Both agents were very helpful and now we have vouchers for $46.50 each....and ALL because of the people on these boards!! Thanks again.So it pays to keep checking and I would call if you cannot find out online.

you must call this 800 nbr for the usair websight..1-800-245-4882 if you are holding the class of svc that the sale fare is in they will give you the discount. (they just did it last tuesday for me I got 32.50 back on my fare.
