Can't find 'My Disney Experience' app on my andriod phones on Google Play?

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to download the 'My Disney Experience' app on our andriod phones, but when I search Google Play store, it does not show up? I get results for Disney+, Disney Magic Kingdoms but no My Disney Experience app?

I've tried on my phone (slightly old andriod) and also my sons new android that we got only last month, same thing the app doesn't appear?

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hmm. It's there for me and I'm searching on a Samsung S9+, not exactly a new phone.

I had to reload it this morning on my Samsung. I searched (and just verified) "Disney App" It was the 3rd option that came up for me. It has the 50th anniversary icon.

An A13 is not that old and is still sold by Samsung and the major carriers. I wonder if your phone has a pending software update

Thanks. When I go to about phone it says its all up to date with no option to update android version...

On your computer go to play.google.com and search for My Disney Experience. There will be a button to install and choose which phone you want to install it on

Ah yes, it says device not compatible
