can't find contact info for van service LGB to disney?

Hi everyone, sorry I'm trying to remember who we used last year as a Shuttle/Van Service from Long Beach to HOJO, (our family of 4) he was the only one who provides his own car seats (super helpful!). He was very friend and very reasonably priced and I can't seem to find the business card he gave me. Does anyone know who this is? and have contact info for him or website?
