Can't book standard rooms at all star movies

Hi all I'm looking to book allstar movies for August 2025. When I look it only comes up with preferred rooms. Does anyone know why this is?

What dates did you check? I just checked some random dates for a 7-night stay and there was availability for all of them. Are you using the app or the website? I was using the website. Maybe try logging out and logging back in???

It was the 6th to 17th and that was the website. Can you check those dates and let me know?

When I checked 8/6-8/17 it didn't show availability for standard rooms. Same for 8/6-8/16. But 8/6-8/15 showed availability. Then I checked 8/15-8/17 and that showed availability. If you're ready to book, I'd call and talk to a CM rather than trying to book it online.

Thanks for that. I did call, they guy said he could split the booking, but didn't understand why I could book the whole stay in one.

Yeah, it makes no sense to me that the preferred rooms are available for a 10-night stay but the standard rooms have to be done as a split stay. I'd keep watching it and see if you can book the whole 10 days together and then either rebook or call to see if they can just merge your split stay into a single reservation. There has to be a glitch.

Yeah there must be something wrong. The other all star resorts are available.

Look at the top of the room list. There might not be any discounted rooms left but if you select room soon (non-discounted) might show up. I had to do that for Pop.

It's for August 2025, so there were no discounts offered yet.
