Can't Book 90 +10 On-Line - Any Ideas Why

Yesterday was my 90 day mark. I went on-line and was able to book through the 90 + 10 window. I made a few ADRS. When I logged in this morning to make additional reservations, it will only let me book at exactly 90 days. The + 10 days will not open up.

It shows that I'm associating my lodging reservations with the ADRS, so I don't understand what's happening. Any ideas?

nope, because the same thing keeps happening to me. I have a split stay as well, so it won't work for EITHER ressie! Sooooo FRUSTRATING! I gave up and called and it was great, got WCC for my SIL for Christmas, LeCellier for us for NYE, Chef Mickeys for Christmas day, CP for Christmas Eve, Coral Reef in there somehere( @ kids request, DD loves the blackened catfish), Nine Dragons, Sci-Fi for DS belated birthday ( we really like it even tho others do not) and Sanaa for lunch for hopefully good viewing! so I would say we have quite the variety. The only one I wish I had made maybe, was T-Rex for our arrival day, but that isn't a big deal. If I can get it fine, if not, we'll live. I give up on the on-line...when we were scheduled to go in August I was able to set up everything no problem, we had to reschedule for December and the on-line has been a challenge every step of the way. I even had LC on Christmas Day, went to check out only to get the "our system is busy" message and could not confirm it within the 2 hour window.. so lost it. It's ok tho, DH says he doesn't care to sit shoulder to shoulder on Christmas day, NYE he says it will feel "roomy" compared to the parks!

i keep getting the same message as well..it is so frustrating...every step of the way has been a challenge for this..off to make a long distance call i guess

Maybe it's just me, but...........
I was logged in on the Disney website and was getting to the reservations, I could not do the +10 either.

I then noticed the 'other' log in. Right above the Date & Time on the reservation page. I tried to log in there and it worked! It opened 10 days for me!

Just a thought......
