This is born from another thread but I'm posting it separately to hopefully help anyone else this has happened to.
My 180 days was on Sunday, October 28th (checking in April 26th and staying through to May 4). On Sunday AM I was unable to use the Disney website to book any ADR for my length of stay (could only book April 26). We had two laptops going, used Firefox/Chrome/IE to no avail, cleared cookies and history and all the things that have been suggested, it would not show us anything past the 26th. We also had two iPhones and we got one of them to recognize our length of stay and booked everything we could from there, but it was very frustrating to say the least. We had a dessert party and a Fantasmic dining package to book which you can't do on the app.
Even yesterday it still wouldn't show past the 27th of April, and I tried at work on a completely different computer and network.
Last night, Disboard hero "tinkerhon" (thanks again!) posted that her language on MDE had intermittently changed to "Europe (English)" or "Canada (English)" and she had the same issue, but once she re-selected "US (English)", it suddenly showed the full length of stay open for reservations.
I am Canadian so I wouldn't even think to try (mine was of course set to "Canada (English)") but I played around and tried "UK (English)" and "Canadian (French)" - still no go... but once I changed it to "US (English)" guess what... it opened up my length of stay and I was able to book my dessert party for May 1/Fantasmic for April 29.
Sooooo silly - if I have some time today I'm going to try to contact Disney tech support to let them know what I've found as it may help them... I find that being set to "US (English)" has also eliminated the "Unable to display your plans" orange message I've been getting pretty consistently since the redesign.
PS - This setting is at the top of the page above the 'cart' and to the left of the search bar. It will probably auto-detect to set it the first time but you can change it.
