Can't believe I just bought tix to the Nov. 19th midnight showing of New Moon

I can't believe I just bought tix to the Nov. 19th midnight showing of New Moon. I let some friends talk me in to going with them. It should be interesting to say the least. Anyone else jump on the crazy train and get tix?

I would have if I wasn't working. DD17 and I are going on Saturday early afternoon. I'm sure we will also go about a total of 6 times like we did for Twilight, lol

I am not into the Twilight stuff but my sisters and I went at midnight to see Harry Potter! It was actually a lot of fun.

I bought 2 tickets to the 19th midnight showing (12:01) for DH and I and then 4 for the 20th 6:30PM showing to take the girls.

Even for fans of the franchise, I think it's crazy to go to those midnight showings. You'll miss most of the movie due to shrieking from the teens (and crazy twi-moms). Then again, I am sure those who go to the midnight showing are the same folks who have no problem shelling out $$ to see it again...and again...and again.

Nope, we will wait until the furor dies down some before we go. We used to do opening days a lot but then my DBF got assaulted by some loudmouth in the theater so we stopped that. Yes, the guy HIT my DBF because DBF shushed him.....and yes, we called security, but the guy still got away before the cops got there.

Yup, I'm on board that train as well- going with my little sister and a bunch of her coworkers lol! And because of all the "crazy train" posts previously here, I can not get Ozzy's song outta my head ("I'm goin' off the rails on a crazy train...!)

You are sooo lucky!! We are going to the midnight showing here in WI.. my teen and I did it for TWILIGHT and it was SOOO much fun! I like people clapping and freaking out when Edward comes on... its just fun.

I cannot wait to see it - but there is no way I will go to it for even thr first couple of weeks it is playing. I hate crowded theaters and I wouldnt be able to enjoy it. I will give it a little time and then go.
