Can't add Vero ressie to my Disney should I worry?

I have ressie sat RIV followed by VB
Both are showing on DVC dashboard.
However only riv is on my Disney app.
I have tried to link the riv and and app tells me there is a problem.
I have tried to call both DVC and Disney tech support as directed on app.
DVC is just a busy signal.
Disney tech advised wait time is 190 minutes!
I am asssuming that as long as It is on DVC site I should be ok?

I don’t think VB links to MDE - I’ve read that the VB front desk can set up your MB to work at VB, but otherwise MDE and its functions are irrelevant at VB. So yes, as long as both show on your DVC dashboard, you’re good to go. Have a nice trip!

It doesn’t link. That’s why I am kind of surprised people say they are able to use magic bands there. We brought ours and they told us that they won’t work at Vero. I am thinking that maybe they are able to use it as a card and that some cast members know that and some don’t. But regardless, you can’t hook them to your room through your MDE account.
