Can't access any of the US Disney sites

Has anyone else not been able to access any of the US Disney sites today? I can get on Disney Store UK but can't get on any of the official US Disney sites. I just get the message Oops! This link appears to be broken I get the same message on the official DLRP site and, even worse, we have been unable to play Toontown today!
