I saw a pretty decent deal on this camera and I've been looking for a decent point and shoot for night shots.
Does anybody have any personal experience with this?

Thank you!!!

:)

Yes I have this and its great for a P&S. Copes pretty well with night shots too. I took it as my only camera when we were at WDW for Xmas and got some pretty decent shots - I feel embarrassed to post them again because I think Ive posted them about a dozen times but if you cant find them on a search I'll pop them on again for you.

Although I am a big fan of this camera be aware that it has virtually no "manual" functions, no sports setting and it defaults to a high ISO speed in low light creating quite "noisy" images. Now I know it does this, I can tweak it but its worth being aware of!

I have one, and it's great for snapshots. I like that it has a wider-angle lens than the other Elphs.

i also have one and love it. have had no problems other than ubiquitous p&s red eye. i have heard that there is some problems with the screen cracking if you are not careful.

how much did you see it for? best i have seen is about 369.00.
