Do these match a line or guide in your viewfinder? Do they show up when viewed on a PC? Do they persist if you use some sort of editing software and “export” the photo?
While vertical lines can sometimes indicate a sensor error, thin horizontal lines are not so common. But there is some viewfinder information like AF points and metering lines that get save with the photo and will show up on playback within the camera and some editing software. Exporting the image usually strips this info and it’s possible to turn off the display option in the camera settings and I imagine computer software as well.
