Canoe rentals?

DH has decided he would like to rent a canoe in FW for an hour. He's never expressed interest in canoeing before, so this is a new one on me. Anyone know how much this costs?

According to my 2004 Birnbaum guide, about $7 per half hour or $11 per hour for either the canoes or the pedal boats.

Just make sure you hold the boat for him as he is getting in the back.... Right oh wife of mine....

My dh and sons rented a canoe but the girls wanted a paddle boat. Let me tell you it's along way around the canals in a paddle boat. I thought we might get eaten by aligarters. My husband was canoeing around me. Finally my older son took over. boy was I tired. So my advice to you is - stay away from the paddle boat. It looks harmless, but beware.
