CANNOT get through to book hotel!

The website keeps crashing on me, but I prefer to speak with someone anyhow, to select a room. It is long distance to call, and my cell phone isn't free until after 9 p.m. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

WDW is having problems with their new packages and tickets - until they can get it fixed - just use the professional.

I would second the idea of using Dreams Unlimited! I filled out a request on their website yesterday and an agent was back to me this morning with a quote. You'll save a ton of time and aggrevation by letting them do all the phoning (not to mention toll costs). They'll even arrange your PSs for you and watch for future discount codes to apply to your ressie. I've used them twice before and I'm very satisfied with them.

I feel your pain--
I used up over 35 precious cell phone minutes (on 4 different phone calls) to get a room reservation--disconnected once, twice told they were not accepting reservations because the computers were down (on two different days), and once made it all the way to getting the confirmation number before the system crashed. They PROMISED they would call me back with a confirmation when the system went back up, but I called the next day and got through. At least once you get through everyone is very apologetic and nice. Good luck.

I just want to say..I used the 800 number as suggested. I was on hold for a brief time, had my hotel booked, and was done in less than 10 minutes. They told me you could also call that number to get park tickets and make dinner reservations. Highly recommended...

Yep, they are- you could always wait until later tonight and give thema call, it's probably easier to get through at that time, anyways.
