I just found out from Air Transat that they only provide sky check services for your stroller in Halifax. In Orlando you must pick up your stroller by the luggage turnstile and not at the plane door. I have to say I am not too happy with Canjet/Air Transat and wont be flying with them again, luggage issues as well. We are taking ME to CBR with 7 children in total (not all mine) 2 of which will only be 7 months and 18 months. I have only been to MCO twice and am not sure how far we will have to go. If anybody can help I would appreciate it.

Really? I could have sworn CanJet did the normal stroller thing last time we flew with them. I waited outside the door and the guy brought the stroller to me. It might be an Air Transat/CanJet miscommunication.. unless they changed something within the last 2 years (May 07 is when we flew with them).. the thing I was more disappointed about was there were no change tables in the lavatories. We had to change my then 2yr old on a blanket in the galley.:scared1:

Just got back on Friday, flew on an Air Transat/Skyservice flight out of Toronto, and the stroller was at the door of the plane (in the jetway) both in Orlando when we arrived, and in Toronto when we returned. No problems there.
Luggage, on the other hand was a complete fiasco.

Thank you both, I feel much better now. Maybe a little concerned now about diaper changing and my luggage? There are always small challenges with every trip. Thanks again!!!:goodvibes
