Candy cane making?

My DD and I saw a food network show with Guy Fieri "diners and dives "show and he was at WDW with his family at Christmas .....he visited a candy shop on Main St that makes HUGE candy canes while you watch and they are only available during Christmas time...

My DD REALLY wants to see this and we were wondering if they do this during MVVMCP? It is one of the main reasons she wants to do the pary....we are going to party Nov 18...

Anyone know about this ??

Main Street Sweets is normally open during the party.
Don't know if they will be making the canes specifically on your night.

That show was taped at DL, it was taped in 08 I believe. We were at DL in Dec of 07 and watched them make a batch and I was able to get 2 later that day, we haven't had the heart to eat them so we use them at decorations at Xmas. They are around a foot tall and are beautiful.

They do this at Disneyland, to my knowledge it is not done at WDW.
