Candlelight Processional

When can I book a Candlelight Processional dinner package? Is it 90 days out just like other reservations?

I asked the same question and the answer that I received was that once Disney released the packages, you could book 90 days from your date. I do not know when they release the packages, however...someone said maybe the end of August???
