I know the Candlelight Processional will be on Sunday the 8th of December in DL. I was planning that day to take advantage of EE at DCA and then about 4:30 head into DL via the monorail to enjoy dinner and then do some rides. We will stack some LL's during the afternoon for the Headliner rides. I'm not interested in being anywhere near the processional but do you think that there will be big crowds in the park that night. Would we be better to do DL in the morning and park hop to DCA in the evening. Just not sure what to do.

I've been to DL during Candlelight Processional a few times and it's fine. Since you plan to head in before it starts, you should have no problems at all. In general, you'll want to stay away from that area during the two shows, but even if you do need to move between the parks, they create a path that takes you behind Main Street to get people in and out.

I generally just stay away from Town Square until after it's over and have never had any issues there. The crowds in the park itself did not feel any different from a normal holiday season Sunday or Saturday.

Thanks so much for that. I really want to take advantage of EE at DCA that day so want to start in that park and then head to DL. We can totally stay away from Town Square on that night so I think I will stick with my plans. Thanks for your input.
