My family of six has the ddp. My parents do not. I have a reservation for eight but will they just pay for the meal/show at the time or do they need to do something prior to? I did for sure book the CP package for all eight of us!

Your parents don't need to do anything prior to arriving at the restaurant. You will all "pay" at the restaurant--your family of 6 will "pay"with your dining plan, meaning they will deduct 2 TS credits for each of you, 12 TS credits total. You will still receive a bill for any non-covered items and the tip, and you will sign and pay by cash, room charge, gift card, or credit card. Your Parents should ask for a separate bill when the server arrives, and they will pay for theirs when presented with the bill.

After you are seated your server will ask if anyone is one the dining plan. Just let your server know who will be using dining credits and who will be paying out of pocket. You will receive two separate bills at the end of the meal, one for those on the dining plan and a second bill for those who are not.
