Candlelight Processional Package Open?

I just went online and it's showing up times for 9 Dragons. I didn't click on it because I'm booked at the Coral Reef at the same time. Anyone see this also?

I saw 3 different times on November 30th and December 1st but it's gone now. I would have tried to grab it but as I said, I have the Coral Reef and it's a family tradition that we eat there.


edit to add: Then it was back! I hit refresh a couple of times and it came back with Coral Reef but I want 12/1 and it was for 11/30. I went to 12/1 but it's a no go.

Think it's for real? Didn't give me a choice of Processional viewing time though...

I would call Dining tomorrow and ask. Last year there was a glitch and some people (myself included) were able to book Candlelight Processional on July 2nd. Booking didn't officially open until July 9th, but Disney honored the reservations made during the glitch. This sounds similar as we were not given a choice of viewing times, either. Looks like with your booking time, you're going for the 8:15 show? When we called Dining, they were able to confirm our reservation and had assigned a viewing time.

Yep. I just booked a Biergarten and it's in my reservations and went through. It only gave me the choice of one restaurant (for the 20th) and I booked a 4:10.

I just checked and was able to book Biergarten for Christmas Eve. There were several times and restaurants and available.

I was just going to post that I saw availability for Rose & Crown for the Candlelight Processional, but nowhere else. I don't want that particular restaurant, but maybe it's a sign that all the restaurants will open soon for the Candlelight package???

Yes, the restaurants kept changing. One time it was 9 Dragons, then nothing, then Coral Reef. I kept going back and forth between the 2 dates, and times would show up. Some times I'd have to refresh a few times.

Yep, just went in to 12/1 refreshed a couple of times and Rose & Crown popped up.

You don't get to pick the show time, it is based on your ADR time.

A tip to those looking. If you do a regular search for restaurants by day on the reservations page, you only get a choice of one or two restaurants. But if from there you type in "Candlelight Processional" in the top right in that white search box, it opens all the restaurant packages up.
I did a search for December 20th and it offered me Rose and Crown only. I then searched the packages in the search box and it offered me times for all of them. Hope that helps.

Yes. The confirmation page said it. Also when you go into your booked reservations, it will the list the restaurant but not that it's a CP package. Click on it for "more details" and it says its a CP package. Also the email confirmation I received lists it as a CP package.

Odd. I just booked Teppan Edo for Dec. 3rd and my reservation doesn't say CP anywhere......hmmmm

I'm not seeing any either now... Maybe they caught the glitch? They didn't have the restaurant I wanted available so I'll just have to wait until the package actually comes out. Oh well.

The restaurant list opens but you are only booking the restaurant, not a CP package. I just called dining to verify this and was told the CP packages are NOT open yet. You'll have to cancel and rebook as CP package when they open.

Honestly, a phone call means nothing - the CMs are not always aware of what is going on. Possibly pigletto was able to do this before the glitch was caught. She said her reservation indicates CP package - so I am sure she is good to go. I can't even click on the Candlelight Processional Packages link - so they are definitely fixing it.

I just wish they would release the tentative narrator list!!!

Just got Garden Grill for 4:45 PM on 12/3. Not the restaurant we wanted & an hour earlier than desired, but it is so nice to have something reserved in case we can't get our first choice.

Edit: Actually, after some discussion, we'll probably keep it, so I guess it's a good thing I decided to drive Disney nuts this morning.
