Candlelight Processional/Dinner Package Vouchers

When I booked the CP for Dec 27th I was told I could pick up my tickets and meal voucher at Guest Services at the Yacht Club, as we are staying at the Dolphin just across from there.

I thought that tickets were picked up in EPCOT Guest Services or is this a new service offered this year to help keep down the lines in EPCOT for ticket collection?

Where is everyone else picking up their tickets?

When we did the CP in 2000 we picked the tickets up right at the Grand Floridian where we were staying, this year we're staying at WLV and I plan on picking them up there.
 
We're picking ours up where we are staying POR, but I had the option of picking them up at EPCOT.
 
If you want to pick them up at the main EPCOT entrance, I'm sure that you still can. The reservations are kept electronically in the Disney computer system. The vouchers are printed out and your CP badge stamped with show time at the time you show up to request them.

Since the YC is much more convenient for guests staying at the Swan/Dolphin than is the front entrance of EPCOT, I'm sure that is why the CM told you about the YC option.

WHOA! I was told I could pick mine up at the Swan guest services--we go to CP on check in day, and as we will be going in the back entrance, I did NOT want to treck all the way to the front gate to pick it up. Are they not available at the Swan? Is there a place to pick them up at the WS entrance?

We did the package in 2000 and they ran out of the badges at Boardwalk, so we were instructed to go to the tent at the American Adventure. That was closer than the front entrance of Epcot, we went there right when the WS opened the day of our package so that we could start using the shopping discount.
 
... and since the CM asked for our home address I just assumed they would be mailed to us like the MVMCP tickets. I'm guessing now I was wrong to assume that? Perhaps a call to Disney and asking would be in order?

If you are staying off site you pick up the tickets at Epcot, if you are staying at a WDW resort you can pick up the tickets at Epcot but you are also offered the convenience of picking up your tickets at your resort. This is courtesy given to WDW resort guests and it is very convenient. I pick our tickets up a couple days in advance and never had a problem, this is at BWV guest services/front desk. I do not have any idea how Swan & Dolphin handle the tickets but I am sure a call to Disney can answer that. Have fun, you will love the show, it is beautiful!

Disney does not mail out anything for the CP Dinner Packages. If you are not staying at a WDW on site resort, plan on picking up your CP tickets at EPCOT. I'm 100% positive that is what an informed CM will tell you if you call, but you obviously should do what makes you feel the best!

We were told we could pick them up at either the hotel's guest services OR Epcot's guest services... so am guessing that the other poster is correct.. they are electronic and printed out when you request them.

Rock n Robin - I can't understand why I have been told to go to the Yacht Club and you have been told you can pick up at the Swan. Are you staying at the Swan or Dolphin? I think I will give them a call and see what they say.
