My group just decided to make a spur of the moment trip for December 12-14, and we are desperately trying to get a reservation for the Candlelight Processional dinner on the 13, to no avail. What would you guess the chances are of this opening up? Has anyone seen a lot of movement with these res. in the past few days/weeks?

I saw that without a reservation, it's often difficult to see the show. Am I just out of luck?

Haven't seen anything about the chances. You are just going to have to keep looking and maybe someone will cancel. Try the December cancellation thread but you probably couldn't be picky about times or restaurants. How big is your group? Have you tried splitting your group or looking for a party of one more person than you actually have?

I can't even guess on the popularity of Joe Morton as a narrator. I'm not even sure who he is although I believe he is an actor. If that had been Neil Patrick Harris or Whoopi Goldberg you would have had to do a lot of standing in line to get into the theater without a package.

Agreed, if definitely depends on the number of people you have, or if you are looking for a specific restaurant. I see plenty of openings on the date we're going, but we're only a group of four. If you have a very big group, you might just call. You also might have to split into smaller groups, even eat at different restaurants, or during the lunch servings, if you really want the reserved seating.

I was in the same boat for the 4th of Dec and I found one. I checked everyday and one day Via Napoli at 430 was sitting there waiting for me. Don't give up!

PS that was for 4 people

Have you checked for lunch instead of dinner? There seems to be a lot for lunch time. I didn't check your dates specifically - just saying I have seen it when searching for clients. :-) Good luck!!

I'm trying for two people.....lunch or dinner. I talked to a super sweet lady at the dining line today who said that she sees lots of turnover of the reservations and that I needed to keep trying. So......fingers crossed!!!!

I have been trying for over a month to find something for our dates to add my 2 sisters in law, but nothing. My one SIL called yesterday and got one. Even if you don't see it online, call. Sometimes it's there. I had also been trying to add them to our LTT reservations. When I called for the 3rd time, the CM suggested the Diamond Horseshoe. I had never seen it being open (let alone available) any time during my daily multiple online searches.
Good luck!
