Candle Light Reserved Seating via Dinning

My DW & I are taking our inlaws in Dec. to experience all the wonderful Xmas themed events and attractions. We want them to see all of the wonder that we know is Disney at the holidays. We want to see the Candle light processional with reserved seating thru ADR reservations. My question is this... When you have the reserved seating dinning package is the menu limited? We also want our inlaws to enjoy the Dinning experience to the fullest. We want to make sure our inlaws have the time of there life... They do so much for us. I really want the reserved seats but I also want them to be able to enjoy the full menu... Any suggestions on Resturants for this package? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help or guidance.
