Candle light processional and even lunch hours like at 3:30 rose and crown 2 credits?

Could only get rose and crown at 3:30 for the candle light procession and was so wanting there dinner choices, ( fish and steak ) Is the dinner menu offed for this price or only lunch.... or is 3;30 dinner hours.... so bloody confused
