When is the latest you can call to cancel your reservation for a restaurant at Disney?

Depends. If the restaurant is subject to a credit card hold it must be a full calendar day before the reservation (i.e. if the reservation is on Monday you must cancel by Saturday). If the restaurant has no credit card hold it doesn't matter when you cancel.

Well, no, because they have no way to charge you, you haven't given them a credit card guarantee, so they have no way to track you down....

But please DO cancel your reservations so others can get a table if all the reservations are booked - it's great karma!
