Cancelling Fantasmic Dining: Mama Melrose

Is there a reason that I can not cancel my Mama Melrose Fantasmic Lunch. I want to rebook for a regular reservation. Do I have to call to cancel??

If you can't cancel through your MDE app or through the website you can call and they can cancel it for you. This happened to me a few weeks ago when I needed to cancel an ADR and it was well before the 24 hours and it wouldn't let me cancel through the app or website so I just called and they were able to cancel the reservation.

Sometimes there are weird glitches like this. I agree - just call.
