Cancelling ADRs Online?

Can you not cancel dining reservations online anymore??? I've been trying to cancel one for the last two weeks, and keep getting an error page every time I try. At first I thought it was just Disney's website being typically problematic, but I'm beginning to wonder...

Anybody know? I really hate to call and entrust it to a CM, because last time I did that - they canceled the wrong one!

I've cancelled at least a dozen ADR's in the past month or so (on-line).

I've not had any issues at all.

Our group keeps making changes to our plans and thankfully I've been able to make alternative plans each time - but I'm sure the closer we get to our arrival dates the fewer options we'll have.

I cancelled and handful this morning.

Sometimes I have problems using firefox so I go into Internet Explorer and have no problems. Not sure why it works but it does
