I had booked us dinner at the Hoop-Dee-Doo which charged my card. I knew and had no problem. Well we changed our days around and had to cancel. That was Feb 28 (2 weeks ago) and I still haven't gotten a refund. When I called to inquire a few days ago they said I should be getting it soon.
Is it normal to take this long?
