OK, I give. I'm trying to figure out the cancellation policy two weeks out. I know they have told me every time I book, yet I've never needed it so I haven't paid attention. And I'm having trouble with the website.
We're in a good situation in that we have an invitation which conflicts with our planned vacation. We would only accept if we could move our vacation to another time without losing points. I know things get more particular the closer it gets to the booking. Does anyone know the policy?
