cancellation policy for land activities and onboard activities

1st time cruiser.

I've booked 1 land activity on Castyaway, but there are others I haven't booked yet. What is cancellation policy on these? how long prior do we have to decide if we want to still do these activities?

Excursions must be cancelled 3 days before your cruise. However, I was allowed to cancel an excursion while on the cruise because there was a waitlist for that excursion. Had to deal with the excursion manager.
