Cancellation Notices - Don't Panic!

Hi All,

If you've a stay booked and received a cancellation notice this evening, don't panic.

Apparently this is a mistake, and just about all UK customers have accidental been issued with this instead of a confirmation email.

Won't hurt to give the call centre a call to confirm, who will then arrange for a proper confirmation email to be issued.

Just wanted to get that out there to ease anyone fears should you receive the email.

I did ring to see if all ok and then my booking again hope I get my email soon

If it helps, my replacement confirmation just turned up (21:30). I called them at 16:00.

Sent me into a bit of a spin when I saw the cancellation notice at first!.
