Cancel within 90 days

We are silver castaway members currently booked on a 5night non-holiday cruise from Miami. So technically, paid in full is due 75 days prior to sailing and penalties for cancellation start 74 days prior to the cruise.
Since we are silver, our online checking and activity booking opened at 90 days prior to sailing (which was just last night at midnight of course). I had to pay in full in order to check in and book spa, excursions, etc.
There is now a possibility DH will have an obligatory business trip the same week as our cruise. We found this out less than 12 hours after paying in full... If we cancel before the 74th day, will we still get 100% refund? Or are we now in the penalty phase since we paid in full to book activities?
We do have cancel for any reason trip insurance, but even that won't give us the 100% refund.

You don't have to be paid in full to do your online check in. You do need to be paid in full to book activities/excursions.

Yes, if you cancel by the actual Paid In Full date, you'll get all your monies back. Unless you've booked Concierge. In that case, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.
