Anyone know Vacation Strategy cancellation policy? My mom is in the hospital with chest pains for the 3rd time this week- we are thinking heart attack...what options do we have?

-Less than 20 days notice of your check in date – Full Credit towards future vacation at one of our 160 resorts.
