Cancel annual passes

How do I go about cancelling our annual passes. Our year is up, and we won't have the money to go anytime soon, so we're just going to cancel them. I tried to call the # I found online, but it isn't working for me. I thought I read somewhere that you have to write a letter to someone about cancelling them?? Please help me! I'm trying to plan and save for our Disney wedding in September, and every little bit of money helps.

In order to cancel the automatic renewal you must submit written notification 30 days prior to the end of your contract. If you do not, we will continue your membership by charging the card you provided on a month to month basis.
