Doesn't make the situation right but there is a reason.Living in a tourist town (Stratford) I see all kinds of U S Visitors (plenty of American Theater visitors) who drive down one way streets and often no use of blinkers as if they dont know where they are going, which they probably don’t. Under no circumstances would or should I or anyone tell these people to go home. It would be ignorant and inexcusable. That border guard should be fired immediately, as if it was a Canadian border guard doing that to an American visitor I would be embarrassed and also want him fired
