I'm still having such problems with the Disney World website. I can MAKE ADR's on-line okay, but I can't view them. So I can't cancel anything or change things around. Has anyone here been able to figure out a way?

I've done it a few times and never had problems, just log in and the reservations appear. However I've not tried since they rolled out the new website. Maybe give them a call and ask them what's up. :confused3

Thanks! Until the new website was released, I was able to access my on-line ADR's without a problem. I was wondering if other Canadians have been able to do so since the new website was released?? It's driving me crazy! I may call Disney, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't just a problem I was personally having, and was actually a problem for Canadians in general.

I just logged into the new site for the first time. After I created some security questions it took me to the page to add a reservation. I manually entered my resort reservation and...it took me to the old reservation page with all my adr's.

Thanks for letting me know. What's the exact URL you used to go to the new site? I'm clearing cookies, trying 3 different browsers and nothing works. I still get the same message, "We are currently experiencing problems displaying reservations. Apologies for any inconvenience. " I've had this same error message for weeks.

I've had this message since January. I use a MAC, not sure if maybe that's the problem. Disney keeps telling me "we're working on it". My only choice has been to keep things well organized under my calendars.

I am unable to view mine also. Been trying for months. I can make them online but not view them. I use an iPad also so maybe it's a Mac issue. :confused3

I am using Mac as well.
I went to disneyworld.disney.go.com. Now when I go there it is the old site again. I just logged in to check things out and it worked great, I think even better than before. I used to have to enter my res number to see my adr's but I just clicked on 'my reservations' at the top and it went right to them.

:)

I have been having trouble seeing my dining reservations as well. I don't use a a Mac so that doesn't seem to be the problem. I get the same message about currently not being able to find reservations. I also can't get on the website unless I go through the Canadian Disneyworld website. I was going to check-in on-line for the first time this year but now wonder if I should.

I can't view mine either. I want to cancel one but I don't want to stay on hold. I guess I'll just keep trying online.

No Mac here - so that's not the problem

On the website (PC windows and iPad) I haven't seen my dining reservations since the beginning of December. Resort reservation comes up fine. On the My Disney Experience app I could manually load my dining reservations, but no-way, no-how will it link my resort reservation.

This is getting very frustrating. Especially since we will be there in 2 weeks.

We had trouble viewing ours until i clicked the update reservations link on the right hand side of the page.

Same for me -- I can make reservations online, but can't view them afterwards. I called Disney pre-Christmas but the cast member I spoke with had no idea what the problem might be, she suggested I call technical support, but I never got around to it.

All my dining reservations are where they need to be for me. I don't have any issues with bringing them up.

I have also added and cancelled some reservations. When I first logged into the new site, had to choose some security questions, then it confirmed my home address, and then it took me to the My Reservations page, it was doing the waiting thing as it linked my old reservations to the new program.

It works great:cool1: I love the way the have it set up. Much more user friendly:)
