I dunno if you guys follow the exchange rates and stuff...
but yesterday the canadian dollar closed at 99.17 (i believe)
and at one point during the day it was actually over 1.00, so it was higher than the american dollar.
they say it may reach 1.05! which would mean that it was higher than the american dollar.
i was just wondering what everyone thought of that.
for me, because canadian it's bitter-sweet,
on one hand, it's not very good for our tourism and economy and such,
on the other hand YAYYYYYY shopping & cheaper trips to WDW!!!
also, i have stocks in Disney in american dollars, and it's what is paying for my university education, so it's not exactly good for me that the exchange rate is so high, because instead of me getting more money when it gets changed back into canadian, i'd actaully be getting less. so tat kinda sucks.
BUT CHEAPER SHOPPING & WDW TRIPS=
anyways....opinions? comments? questions?
post away
