Canadian deals coming September 10

The website has dates listed already but no more details:

Disney Resort Hotel Savings
Canada residents can save up to 25% on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels for stays most nights from December 9 to December 29, 2024; February 23 through April 12, 2025; and April 25 through April 30, 2025.

Other savings are available for stays from December 1 to December 8, 2024; January 4 through February 22, 2025; and April 13 through April 24, 2025.

The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited. Savings based on the nondiscounted price for the same room. Length of stay requirements may apply.

Great news! In the past, could you include Canadian. resident tickets as part of a package, or did you have to buy them separately? We're going in January so I was hoping not to have to pay anything other than the deposit until December.

When they had the ticket deal pre-Covid, you could make it as part of the package but you couldn't do it this year (first time post-Covid). You had to purchase the tickets separately and pay in full. I'm hoping to be able to combine it with a package as well so I can pay later.

This is pretty early for these promos to be announced so there must be some need to get people into the parks and resort hotels. I was expecting the early 2025 room discounts at the end of Sept and the Can Ticket deal sometime after that. Interestingly the fine print for the ticket deal states discount of 25% and as much as 33% depending on your dates.
And...my daughter just got back and they got a bounce back deal. So they are really needing to put the discounts on. Those price increases were tolerated for a while, but people are getting more frugal now :tink:A little pixie dust will be required...

Hmm none of the links are working to purchase the tickets or look at the hotel deal.

Edit: the hotel discount page is working now

Discounts are up! Good Luck to everyone - the dates and availability are pretty varied.

Unfortunately the 2 nights that I was hoping for a discount are completely ineligible. No discount at all :-(

I am booked at AsMu for 2 nights RO followed by a 5 night stay at POP (Bouncback) the last week of January.

Looks like Disney is really trying to fill rooms in very specific weeks.

I checked my dates as well. For comparison, when we first booked our trip, it averaged $135 per night at Music. With todays discounts, no All Star discounts for our dates. Pop had a savings of $13 which brought it to $165 per night. That makes it $270usd more expensive for our trip or about $375 more in Canadian dollars which I don't think Pop is worth that over an All Star, especially since the Skyliner will most likely be closed for refurbishment.

However, tickets had some good savings. Prior to the discount, 4 day 1 park per day tickets were going to come out to $596usd per person plus tax. With the discount, we got 4 day park hoppers for $463 per person plus tax. A decent discount and some added flexibility with a toddler. Total savings were about $370 Canadian for two adults.

I did see in the fine print that the tickets must be activated at a ticket window prior to entry. Im just going to do it at Disney Springs on our arrival day, the day before we plan to visit any park.

For my particular dates, this discount was better than the Bounceback due to exclusions. Worth checking! And the discount to the tickets was already applied if you chose to add them to your resort booking.

So they have a bit of a discount on the days I am looking for, but to make it a package I have to add 4 days tickets, I guess because it's the Canadian ticket deal as well? Just not sure I want to add an extra day to my trip. Or pay for a day of tickets I won't use. I am not sure what to do... I also got a code for discount on Porter flights so it would be discounts all around.

Just purchased our park tickets! Saved about $800 usd on an 8 days worth. The price between 7 and 8 was only $60 more so even if we go for a few hours on the 8th day it’s well worth $15 each 😁.
Just to note, the link in the OP doesn’t work, so go to disneys main theme park ticket page and purchase from there!

For our reservation for mid January, there was no discount offered for our standard room at CBR, only for the more expensive room categories, so that was no help at all, though it was not a surprise as that's what Disney has been doing for a while now. The ticket discount is an honest to goodness 33% for our dates so that is a big plus, for sure.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a Canadian discount ticket. Am I correct that these tickets do not need park reservations?

I am at CBR in late January - I couldn't find any discounted rooms at all at CBR unless I played around with my dates, and then similarly it was as just for the non-standard rooms.

Were you able to switch your tickets to the Canadian discount on the same booking as your original room? It looks like I can have the Cdn resident tickets as part of a package, but only if I am also booking the Canadian resident room discount?

I would be saving over $800 with my tickets, but I am trying to avoid buying them separately from the package given the fact that they are non-refundable.

Exact same story for us. Going mid January and and same story with the hotel and park tickets.

this is what I'm trying to figure out. we booked the BB last week. I told my daughter not to buy the tickets because I knew this was coming up...but they talked her into it and now we have 2 full price tickets. hopefully we can fix this

and I was also wondering if we can do room on BB and tickets on the Canada discount....

you need to do the math. a 4 day Canada ticket costs less than a 3 day regular ticket for us with the hoppers

We're looking at flying Porter, good to know they have some discounts because it's new for us. they didn't use to have direct flights from Halifax

that's the week before we were looking at. I am still playing with the dates...some I can't get if I only book a couple of nights but I do get availability if I try to book 5 or more. :scratchin
