NOW!!!
You'll have time tonight right?
Haven't even read the last few comments.
I managed to catch up on Tammie's TR... but now it's getting late and lack of sleep is catching up, so...
Shout outs tomorrow!
Plus... We done good at dance today.
Night all.
Gracefulskinny - - 0 - - 2 points
Glad I could help you solve one of life's mysteries.Gracefulskinny - 2 points for tap dancing with stile.
Not bad for just joining in!Gracefulskinny 4 points
Not such a small thing when your the one getting the seat!Whether it be giving up your seat on the bus
(And I actually did do that... several times... but it's such a small thing.)
8 actually. $12 each.Plus... $100 worth of balloons is what... two?
Plus... We done good at dance today.
What's this "WE" about dance? Did you dance today?
Okay I am all caught up you may continue. What? You have a life and weren't waiting for me ?
I'm surprised you lived through your childhood with all of your water stories
Jim is certified also and I think his last dive was around the same time as yours. We were in Okinawa and his diving partner chose to dive without him in a party of three all doing different things. Tragically he was killed so it put a huge damper on that activity amongst our friends.
Now he says he would want to refresh if he were going again.
DS Ryan got certified at our local pool and lake for his senior project in high school. I think he only dove once since then, but he lives in a place where good diving is not easy to get to.
I love the water but have only snorkeled I love all of the bright colored fish and just seeing all the life that is below the surface. - I'm looking forward to reading about your dive.
Don't hurry on my account.
I agree that it should be included in school or required for every child through the YMCA or similar organization. It would prevent a lot of drowning deaths.
It doesn't really work for everybody, though. I took lessons every winter at the local high school, and then again during summer stays with my aunt and uncle, and I can go through the motions, but never got the breathing right. I can paddle myself around a pool and tread water, so that will have to do.
I'm not a gambling-type person, not even on a sure thing like this.
I want to see Tomorrowland and Avengers 2, but the Avengers should probably be seen in 3D in the theater. We (daughters, granddaughter) went to Pitch Perfect 2 this weekend, which was at the very top of our list. Aca-awesome! With all of these on my gotta see list, it's just possible I'm a nerd.
Hi!So I'd written out a detailed reply to your last update days and it must have been lost.
I'd wondered why you hadn't replied to me.

So I'm too annoyed right now to write it out all over again.
The seas are big, it's amazing.
That's a lot of water experiences.
I can't believe you even go near the water no less have a SCUBA certification.
Can't wait to hear about it.![]()
I used to be a swimming teacher -certified Life Guard as well- and even got to teach a Water Babies class one year.
It was great fun and by getting them in the water that early they had no fear but still had the reflex to hold their breath when they went under.
The most challenging group by far were the 2nd gradersthose lil' ones were fearless, flailing, and didn't tend to listen very well.

Have fun today!![]()
That's a phrase worthy of father of the year.
Just finished up the last ever dance competition with DD17 - one more year end recital to go!
Oh good... well, not really, but from a purely selfish point of view, maybe so.
I've been a bit behind on TR's as well, but it seems I got back to this one just under the wire.
In any case, Hope that the competition went well
The Pit of Despair!
I don’t know, most dogs get a pretty good handle on that concept strait from birth.
More pictures means more time to “Oooo” and “Ahhh”.
More words mean more opportunities to be snide and acerbic.
Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
I attribute my success to blind luck and sheer incompetence.
Well, what did you expect?
Mark is barely even house broken.
Horseshoes and hand- grenades
And yet, failed to connect it to the actual outcome.
C'est la vie
Well what’d ya’ know…
An “Ahhhh” moment that didn’t require a single photograph.
Your girls are heroes.
“All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up.”
Oh my, but there are a large number of truly wrong comments that can be tied to that one.
Disney… remember, we’re at Disney… Behave.
But then again…
does anyone really know anyone?
Some secrets just shouldn’t be shared.
(Like the existence of “Tinker-Bill”)
Perfect.
The Jolly Green Giant should at least have to deal with a couple decent water hazards when playing that hole.
He’d be sleeping with the fishes
Oh, wait…
Never mind.
So it’s about the equivalent of having to feed a couple of teenage boys, then?
The tour is still young.
And no mention was made as to what the sharks were to be fed.
See that Bears game last week?”
“Yeah. Hell of a game. Hell of a game.”
“Bears got a great team this year. They're gonna go all the way.”
“So long and thanks for all the fish!”
That is a right harrowing list of Water Episodes right there.
That you then conquer any overpowering fears and got your diving certification is a monumental display of determination and will. You are to be commended sir
(and there won’t be a lot of snark getting tossed out through this part of the story line)
“Coppertone” is still what the smell of the beach is to me.
At least you didn’t also ask them to hold on to your beer.
(sorry, couldn’t leave that one laying there… I do feel bad about it though)
I'm back!!! Post the next update

You'll have time tonight right?
Dislike!!!

8 actually. $12 each.
Congrats to your daughter!
I want to be there for that... with a video camera charged up and ready.
Well, DH at this house won't watch any dancing except a portion of the year end recital and provide occasional transportation. Don't underestimate the support of actually being present and enthusiastic.
I'm sad that the enthusiasm for dancing is long gone, and unfortunately this year has been about finishing something you have committed to. It's impossible to instill in youngins that you must find your own joy in each situation - hopefully she'll learn this upon further reflection!
I tend not to reply to the phantom posts...
just the real ones.
Besides, I'm too busy trying to keep up with your TR!!
And this morning I see I'm behind again!
I totally understand.
I'm not angry.
Really!
It's okay!
Hey! Relax!
I said it's fine!
Just back away from the keyboard!!!!
I'll mention this in the next chapter.
Oh, come on. You can't see the comments I meant to write? You're slipping...
I went three days before my last update. That's pretty good. I'm trying to slow down. I don't want to stress out my loyal readers.![]()
It bugs me when the DIS eats my posts.![]()
Peep!Trying to read as much as I can before I settle into one last round of re-listening to lectures before hitting the sack for tomorrow's exam.
Peep! Back atcha.
Stuff came up today so didn't get a chance to start the next chapter.
But I'm at work tomorrow and will start it then for sure.
Good luck with the exam tomorrow!
I want YOUR job.LOL!
