My x-acto wound is pretty much healed. It only hurt when I held onto the steering wheel, so no biggie.

I've been busy with my charity work and just today I started as a seasonal employee up at the mall. The job entails taking merchandise out of cartons, putting them on rolling carts according to department (the number is on each sticker) and then breaking down the box. After an hour, I was congratulated on how quickly I was picking up the system and at the end of the shift, the boss gave me a gold star. It was hilarious - I mean, it aint rocket science! It makes me wonder what kind of employees they usually get. I am making peanuts, but it will pay for a few meals on our January Disney trip...

An odd little thing happened today.

I asked Ruby if she'd gotten the mail.
(We have a box down the street.)
She said she had.
"Was there anything?" I asked.
"No." She replied.
"Really? Nothing at all?" I continued.
"No. Just some stuff I recycled." She said.

I then mentioned this:
"I haven't seen a Hammacher Schlemmer
catalog in a long time. I guess they took
us off their mailing list since we haven't
bought anything from them in forever."

So what comes in the mail today?
A Hammacher Schlemmer catalog of course.

Now I was just about to run off to work,
so I haven't had a chance to look

Back from Paris, and I sure do appreciate your updates and pictures! Truly, Disneyland Paris is trying, but is no where near Disney World. Although I do appreciate the 4 seater flying boats on Peter Pan, and enjoyed revisiting Snow White's Scary (French) Adventure, the rest just cannot compare to the true magic. And sorry France, the food - it was not good. Not anywhere.

Okay, I've finally got a weekend where I'm not swarming in test coming up (just one on Friday next week!) so I got a chance to catch up.

I am in love with your Splash Mountain picture, I honestly couldn't stop laughing.

And the Epcot dive tour sounds cool, but I am not scuba certified so it's out of the question. Plus, I hate not being able to touch the bottom of any body of water, so I don't think it'll ever be something I do. It was cool to read about it though.

I for sure am super late in the game to be earning points but Imma try anyway!

Our Loonie is holding on now.
After loosing a cent, it seems to have stabilized.
