We had another no show no call last week. 2nd offense for our front reception. It is getting to the point where I don't even care who I hire because they don't stay anyway.

I don't understand the mentality.

You would think they would huh? Of course here we can't legally say anything negative about someone if called for a reference, only if we would hire them again or not. Stupid. We have had two former employees who were fired under similar circumstances keep trying to come back - had one try to message me on Facebook tonight to see if I had any openings - really? I know I looked like I bought all your lies but I'm not that stupid.

and you say "I have nothing to say"

to recover from my double midnight shifts.
Perhaps some lounging in the pool
with a cool beverage in hand.

Cool. I just uploaded and looked through my DC photos. Went from 377 down to 333 by deleting duplicates (way too easy to take extras with the phone's burst feature). That's a lot of photos, especially considering that's really only 3 days of photos.

I'm guessing that the trainee quitting didn't help the whole overtime thing.

Do you think it's a summer thing? I know I'm having a really hard time keeping up with everyone's threads. Kids are our of school...etc, etc..

As I just mentioned on Leisa's thread I'll try to be more better at keeping up. I'm excited to hear about out your Montreal trip. It's a place that's always been on my bucket list.

Are you still considering another DW trip? If you've made a trip announcement I've somehow missed it.
