This road trip isn't this month is it? I know they have a trip planned this month to their home away from home. I don't remember the exact dates, but after DL, I think they're needing their Disney fix. It would be too funny if you all showed up at their house and they aren't even home.

Funny thing is, one time when I was there, I did see a squirrel (close enough) next to a tree!

Had a nice chat, but before you knew it, it was five... and I had to cut the conversation short.

It's always fun chatting with the big galoot. Lotsa laughs.
Some day I hope to be able to call him and have more time.

I thought I had commented on this a while back. I remember saying I talked to him as well around the same time frame. It's during this time I found out about their April trip.

She did. The fall trip is in addition to their April trip. You should know by now that they always make at least 2 trips to WDW per year. Last year was the exception when they went to DLR instead.

If you look back at our TR, you'll see a post where Smidgy says that Nebo is in big trouble for not telling her that I mentioned going to Las Vegas.

I talked to Nebo for about a good hour or so. He told me they were going back to WDW. He said poor Smidgy was going mad with all the planning. Bad enough to plan ADR's, but now to plan rides as well. She was going bald from pulling all her hair out. I don't remember the exact dates they're going, all I remember is that it was close to the time Lady H and I are going to Vegas, which for us is this coming weekend. I want to say their trip starts on the 4/25, but don't hold me to that. Maybe I'll call Nebo tonight and see when they go, if they haven't already gone.

Day1
We left bright and early that morning, full of excitement.
Eight hours later, we arrive in Minneapolis totally exhausted.
Stay tuned for the next day where we drive some more!!!!

I've been waiting to post, hopin Nebo would post first. but he hasn't beenon the computer in ages. between his eyes and his wrist... sigh. when we get back I really REALLY want to look into some type of lap top for him with large print, and with voice activation software.

we are leaving very early sat april 26, (ooh, thumper, you were SO close!) plane leaves a 6 am, so taxi coming at 3:30. heck for me that IS friday night!!! 1 night at pop, just as an add on so we can see herman hermits without being exhausted, 5 nights at boardwalk (no boardwalk view this tim.. sigh.. pool or preferred, I requested village green which is almost a BW view) and 6 nights at french quarter.

we have 2 day tickets still unused from last dec's "free" dining. when we use them once, we will then bridge them to next year's annual pass.

and yes, I did book a room at the new cabana bay resort at Universal for the fall. they are going fast. and awaiting fall's "free" dining offer to book the disney portion.. in mid sept (between kaylee and Jackson's birthday. I told the kids I ma purchasing them each a case of condoms to use in the months of december, since they are not allowed to have ANY more kids in the month of sept.! it's our fav. time to go to WDW.)

ponzi call and let us know about your visit. I think I might have a few days off that week.. weekends are a no go for me. the owner of the restaurant is already not happy with all my days off for disney (hey! I don't get paid for them).

by the way, you are thinking of going to Cedar Point over 4th of July week? are you nutz??? ok.. I'm sure it will be fun.. but crowded.
give nebo a call. apparently it's the only way to "talk " to him.. actually talking!

we';;; let you know how all this fast pass + stuff works. we could only book them ahead of time for 2 days, since that's all the tickets we have at this time (until we upgrade to annual passes)... then we can book FP+ for the rest of the trip. I guess we'll go to one of those kiosks to do that. they are changing things again, but nto sure when.. they have listened to the murmurings of the masses and I guess they will have the "return of the legacy FP" , but only AFTER you have already used your FP+. which will be really confusing for people who purposely booked their FP later in the day, since you only get 3, counting on using rope drop to counter long lines in the AM.
I guess they are working on something too, to allow for park hopp[ing.. it is all in trial phase now. Nebo says he doesn't care about plans, schedules, rides, he just wants to BE there, and what we do, we do. I am thinking about doing a DNA test on him, to make sure he is really Nebo and hasn't been abducted.

Smidgy, my family and I will be there to see Hermans Hermits on the 26th too! We have dinner booked for Germany for 5:15 and hope to see the 6:45 show. It would be awesome to see you guys again!!

I have to call him, see if the prunes have helped his disposition any and if he doesn't answer, well, even more proof that he is indeed eating them!

And on the homefront, my newly turned six year old Daisy girl scout lost her very first tooth this evening!! She's growing up on me. Boy was she proud of that hole in her gum line!!

marita, we will go see herman hermits on the 27th. we were going to arrive on the 27th and see the band that night, but decided we would be too tired from the flight, getting up early etc. so we added the 26th at pop. so we could check into boardwalk on the 27th all rested and relaxed, lie by the pool,e tc and see the band that night.

buzz, I've been nibbling on the prunes. nebo doesn't do fruit.
