Agreed but Canada Soccer is still going to have to deal with the scandal damaging their public image.

Canada Soccer has bigger and more longstanding problems than their public image. I think the new management is trying to work on them, but problems that took years to develop are going to take years to solve. They need governance reform

Herdman looked to be trying to skate away from his substantial role in the dronegate scandal - he did not make himself available to the people investigating it. I hope Canada Soccer threatened to yank his license if he didn't quit.
