We actually started heading down to your neck of the woods this morning until we saw the 3hr. wait to cross the border. By the time we would get through we'd have to turn around to come back. Some other weekend I guess.

All 3 bridges have been crazy. I can only imagine how much worse they're going to get as the weekend progresses

When DH was heading home from work this morning at 7:30 a.m. the signs on the QEW already said there were extensive waits at Queenston and Peace Bridges.

How do we celebrate Canada Day? All kinds of ways...street parties, barbecues, pool parties, cities hold special concerts and activities, fishing/boating on the lake...but always capped off by fireworks.

It was a glorious day!
