Can your book an rv site as a package?

Yes, either online or by calling WDW Reservations. Disney looks at FW as like any other resort.

That being said, I have never seen The Fort included in "Free Dining" special offers as happens with other resorts. Has anyone else seen any special offers that include FW?

Only the cabins are included with free dining not campsites. Cabins are generally part of any discount offering for resort hotels although the number of discounted rooms/cabins may be limited.

The campsites were part of the early fall discount that WDW put out for September.

No Free dining but you can buy the DDP at the Campsites.

I always have my trip planner book the campsite with the dining plan and tickets. Makes it much easier to have everything together.
