Can you use your refillable mug 24/7 or is it limited to food court hours?

Mostly wrong. There's only a handful of resorts that have refill stations accessible 24 x 7.

All Star Sports is the only one I know for sure. But I do think there are 1 or 2 others. Hopefully someone else will be by to assist.

Plus End Zone at All-Star Sports has had 24/7 access for quite a while and,"recently",Intermission at All-Star Music and World Premiere at All-Star Movies have also started allowing 24/7 access.

I "think" those are the only 5.

Just book club level and take a bunch of drinks at end of day back to room. Problem solved!

The beverage refill station at Movies is open 24/7 however you can't get coffee or hot tea until around 6:30am.

But I still think it is super nice that they are leaving the Fountains open all night as it does create inconvenience for the Crew cleaning the Floors,etc. as they have to try to "work around" the Guests going to and from the Beverage Island.
