can you use Visa discount on CL rooms?

I was wondering if anyone has used the Disney Visa discount on club level rooms or knows if they apply?

I just booked and was told that the rules for booking discounted rooms have recently changed. I was not allowed to even book a "preferred" or "waterview" room at POR. Gardenview ONLY!

I thought I saw that the wording of the e-mail said book any standard room at <blank> % off. The above sounds about in line with that theory. Damn I wanted to book a king, too!
