I have a (well 2 of them b/c we have company tomorrow) ready to throw in the CP tomorrow. I seasoned it tonight. Don't know if it will make a difference but I figure it wouldn't hurt. I used 2 full garlic cloves? heads? 2 full things of garlic. Something like 20 small ones. I then sprinkled on some seasoning for beef and added pepper. Threw it in the fridge. I will put it on low in the CP tomorrow. Later in the afternoon I will add carrots and then probably boil the potatoes....
What do you do to your roasts?? Any tips? What seasonings do you use?
My friend doesn't know how to make a roast... I was... surprised. I thought everyone could make a pot roast.... That being said, she hasn't eaten pot roast in like 15 years.
