Can you use the Swagbucks Disney E-GC to buy a REAL Disney GC?

I've done Swagbucks for quite some time now but only redeemed for Amazon GC's. Now that Disney is in the future I'm thinking of getting the Disney E-GC instead, but ONLY if I can use it at the website to buy an actual GC to use on/towards my trip. Has anyone done that? Is it possible to buy a GC with a GC?
