My niece is 2 and can't swim yet - are we allowed to let her use those floaties that go around a child's upper arms in the pool at Storm-A-Long Bay?

Thanks!

A tip: You can sign out a life jacket (no charge) at the start of your trip for her and keep it with you and in your room until you check out! :thumbsup2 Just keep tabs on it though as you would have to pay for it should you not turn it in @ the end of the trip.... we had them for both our DD's a few years ago.

Swimmies would not be adequate for a two year old in that pool..There is a current area and very deep water....Get the life jacket!

LakeAriel and others,
Yes the main SAB pool is deep and there is a section with a current to float around in. This area would not be suitable for a 2 year.
BUT
There is an entire area designed for little ones at the other end of SAB. It is sand bottomed, zero entry and not deep. The little ones have a blast digging in the sand and wading in the calm shallow waters. The two areas are removed from each other.
Have a Great Trip.

DS and I were there when the BW pool was closed, and we went down the steps to the "lazy" river. Well, we should have paid attention to the depth signs, because we stepped right off into 8 foot deep water. Good thing we both know how to swim; we were very surprised.:lmao:
